This place is a great home base for exploring the area, as it's conveniently close to the waterfront trail and the beach while still being in the heart of the city.

The place is just off the beach, the waterfront trail, and the ocean. Not to mention that it is located close to Lake.

Wanted to see Hamilton popular places and this apartment was cosy base for exploring most of them. There was pet-friendly and nice room with essentials and toiletries. I did not want to leave and would recommend the property.

It was good base for traveling to Hamilton, I was glad to stay there. Rooms here were equipped with essentials, toiletries...

Lack of cleanliness in the unit, including dirty patio furniture and carpets. Inadequate kitchen supplies, missing essential items for cooking.

stayed at a lovely apartment by the lake with amazing views. the location was perfect, close to the QEW and just steps away from the beach. the lobby and underground parking were clean and convenient. the apartment itself was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of bedding and towels. the bathroom had extra toiletries and everything was beautifully decorated. It was a peaceful retreat close to various attractions. cons: can't find a single fault with the place 🤩.

The view from Modern Hamilton Homes was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenery overlooking Lake Ontario. The unit was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns. There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The kitchen was missing some essential kitchen implements like a corkscrew and baking pans.

The view from the unit was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. It was a treat to have a beautiful beach so close by. The bed in the unit was also very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep after exploring the city.

The unit was not clean, with dirty carpets and a bathroom covered in pink mold. The patio area was full of cobwebs, spiders, and possible mouse droppings.

The value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were responsive and helpful.
